TomTom Spark can not pair to iPhone APP

Today ,I found something wrong with my spark—GPS positioning deviation, so I did a factory reset using my PC app, then it can never connect to the ios APP

When I try to pair my spark to ios app ,A watch appears, but on clicking it, rather than prompting to enter a PIN it immediately returns to the Tap to Connect screen.

So,I did a factory reset again using my PC app and reinstall my ios app (I have done "Forget this Device")

I have done everything in instruction, including change my mobile phone to a iPhone 5C, but it didn't work

My Tomtom spark version is 1.3.255
mobile phone model : iPhone SE 10.3.1
IOS app version 5.0.3 ,both up to date

    The steps need to be done in a specific order. I would start fresh and try it again. The steps are: uninstall the app, remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, reset the watch, reinstall the app, select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing.
