problems on Bandit App

Having probs signing into my Tom Tom account through the bandit mobile app. Keeps coming up with error or my sure your connected to the internet. Any help.

    Have you created the account in TomTom Sports? I can't see an account of yours with the email address you used to login on this forum.

    If you already created an account then please click on the 'forgot password' link to reset your password and see if it helps. Let us know the outcome!

    Hi Lampard

    How do I open a TomTom sports account?
    Tried on my mobile app while my bandit was connected but after filling in the info it came with
    An error message to make sure that I'm connected to the Internet.

    Hi Stephen,

    Welcome to the Community from my behalf as well!

    Did you get this sorted already? It sounds to me like the problem is that the app is not finding your internet connection. I'd recommend you to reinstall the app.

    Please note, that you can also register your Bandit with the Bandit Studio software.

    I have the same problem I can't register with Studio because Studio wont work with my Laptop!!!!!!!!

    Just starting to use the bandit and have the same issue as appears here

    App telling me not connected to internet when I am ....
    App telling me this on all devices not just the one device

    I upgraded to bandit from go pro and I am already disappointed
