Welcome to the Community and sorry for my late reply here!
We don't have an actual maximum speed limit for the handle bar mount. It's very well built and as long as you make sure your Bandit is properly attached to it and all screws tightened you don't need to worry about it falling off in normal motorcycle speeds

The camera can go as fast as your are going, and it dose not matter which mount you use. The important thing is that you hook up a safety cord to the camera incase the mount comes off. All my mounts on my bike have a safety backup chord just in case. Its called protecting your investment.
