TomTom GO mobile not starting on Samsung Galaxy S8+
My TomTom GO mobile app will not start, it gets stuck on the startup screen with a spinng circle and goes no further.
I have tried the usual stuff, uninstall, clear various Google services and apps cache and reinstall, auto times etc and still nothing.
I have attached a screen shot hoping someone can help with this.

Unfortunately, others have reported a similar issue as well. Please, follow the steps below, which have helped many to sort this out:

Also how exactly do you log out of Google Playstore? There are no options so I cleared the Store cache and data.
So what I did do didn't help.
Any more suggestions?
