TomTom Start 52 not recognizing postcodes

hi

just tried about 8 postcodes on tomtom start 52 on one stretch of the a41 between whitchurch and newport shropshire and it did not recognise any of them

tf9 2jq
Chester Road, Hinstock TF9 2ST
Chester road,, Tern Hill, Market Drayton TF9 2JQ
Crickmerry, Market Drayton TF9 2BG
Milestone, Rosehill, Market Drayton TF9 2JF

these are just a few examples of the postcodes not being recognised by the start 52 which are all on a 3 to 5 miles stretch of one of the busy roads through shropshire the A41

an update i have just tried the above postcodes on tomtom own route planner and they all work and take you to the correct location on the a41

thanks for your reply but for it not to even recognised the postcode is a software problem.

have used tomtom for many years now and never have i had a problem with entering postcodes for out in the wilderness and yet the tomtom start 52 there is a big issue not recognising so many postcode on a 2 mile stretch of a popular road

If you are entering them with the space note the space needs to be removed.

My problem is that even on my PC, they only show businesses, not actual locations. My devices deliver me safely, but when I need to calculate journey times....
