Track calories during activities

What is the best activity for tracking overall calories burned in a day? Fitness? I walk, run and swim and am constantly on the move? I don't want to have o flip activities. thoughts?

    None, you should be using the 24/7 activity tracker which will calculate calories based on your BMR, steps and overall activity and use sports modes for specific sports activities, which will be added to the total. You cannot simply run it in a sports mode all day as the battery will not last and it will not be accurate. The algorithms that calculate calories burned in sports assume a certain activity level which you are not reaching when not in a sport, plus they do not factor in your BMR. This is the reason there is a daily activity tracker int eh watch in addition to tracking specific sports activities.
