Change music during activity?

Is it possible to control music without pausing my sports activity? Now when i scroll to playlists activity recording will pause.

    You can control tracks within a playlist by pressing all the way up to get to the music controls (or use the headphone controls). To switch to a new playlist, you need to pause and press down and select Playlists to select the new one. Takes about 5 seconds to do.
