RUNNER3 doesn't sync with TOMTOM sports app

I have the TOMTOM runner 3 watch for about a month, and up until last weak it synced to my LG G3 phone.
Since a few days ago, it connect to my phone but whenever it try to sync the data to the app I get a massage with a red X near it.
The message disappears very fast so I can't even read it. Therefore, I don't even know what is the problem.
I can sync the watch to the desktop program with the cable.
Can anyone know what is the problem and how can I solved it?

    I would try installing the app again and seeing if that helps. The steps are: uninstall the app, remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, reinstall the app, select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing. If it is still a problem factory reset the watch and then try the steps above again. if it still fails, call Customer Support, who can determine if it is a hardware issue.

    Thanks, reinstalling the app worked.
    I hope that this fix is permanent and I won't need to do it again.
