Bluetooth keeps dropping out

When I connect my headphones they only work if the watch is up near the earpiece. If I try to go running the music keeps dropping out. I bought new headphones, same problem. Can connect headphones to other devices without issues. Worked perfectly for the first 12 months then all of a sudden this started happening.

    Are you using the TomTom headset? Can you please perform a factory reset on your watch using Sports Connect and see if it's the same after that?

    Hello, did the reset and still not connecting unless the watch is placed right up to the headset.
