Whenever I open Mydrive and click "Log In" the square box appears but before it finishes opening it disappears so I can't log in. It continually does this.
We are coming across similar reports from the customer service and also on the community. The issue looks seems to be related to browser compatibility. Our technical team is working hard to get this resolved.
In the meanwhile could you try clearing cookies, browser history you are using and see if the website loads? Perhaps you can also try using a different browser.
@gdpmusic The easiest thing to do would be to download a different browser to have on hand when you need it. For example, if you go to http://firefox.com and press "Download" the Firefox browser will download. You can use that when you need to.
This problem is still occurring. "Whenever I open Mydrive and click "Log In" the square box appears but before it finishes opening it disappears so I can't log in. It continually does this." I'm using Safari on a MacBook Pro. When I use Safari on my iPhone or iPad it works fine.
I occasionally get that happening on Safari on a Mac. It usually sorts itself out later but in the meantime if I switch to another Browser that usually works normally whilst Safari isn't. In my case I use Firefox..
I cannot connect from the website:

Sorry something seems to have gone wrong. The webpage you are looking for is temporarily unavailable, which may be due to planned maintenance. Please come back later.
And also via My Drive Connect: so I cannot update my device.
Just checked My Drive Connect software and My Drive website both running okay.
Suggest you try again and if still having trouble with My Drive Connect then delete the software then restart your PC and reload the software from the Tomtom website.
Hi @DougLap ,
I followed your hints, but nothing since Sunday I cannot connect to My Drive Connect.
I can login on the website, but then I cannot see my profile.

Win 10 Dell Desktop.....
Chrome Login... Works (Quickest screen redraw)
Firefox Login... Works
Microsoft Edge Login... Works
Microsoft IE11 Login... Works (But almost unusable, screen redraw is like watching paint dry)
Trying to get my travel computer set up for a 3 week vacation in EU. Just bought Rider 550 and working through connection issues with Iphone and Bluetooth helmet connections. I have not updated to ios13 ... one issue at a time is enough.
Travel laptop is SurfacePro 4 running Windows 10 ...
Using Google Chrome I am getting the same login in issue where the popup login is blank and then the popup disappears. Can't login.
Works fine on Internet Explorer, though it seems like it is running slower.
I not sure from your post what you are tying to achieve with the Surface Pro ???
But there is a problem using with MyDrive Connect and the Surface Pro

Are your USB ports set for power saving "USB Selective Suspend"
Also turn off any Screen savers any other Power savers or USB port monitoring software installed

Do you have or have access to a 'Surface Dock', if so plug your device into a USB port on that. Others have found that to work
On the Win10 tablets, Microsoft has hidden the "USB Selective Suspend" menu
You will need to edit the Registry for the USB Selective Suspend menu to show
Laptop users also see Note (1) & (2)
Note... (1) My Linx 10/10 Win10 Tablet is exactly the same... I had to edit the Registry to activate the advanced setting in the Power Menu
Note...(2) Recently a User with a Dell XPS 9360 Laptop also exactly the same problem ... he also had to edit the Registry to activate the advanced setting in the Power Menu

Welcome to the Community from my behalf as well!
We've release an update to MyDrive yesterday to fix some of the issues Vikram mentioned. Could you try again and post back here, please?
I'd also recommend to clear the cookies and browser history once more.
Cheers, Mikko

I'm using Firefox, will now try Chrome.
This topic was started last year and the issue discussed was sorted then.
Today tested it using Firefox and it worked for me...
Could you try again, may be it was a temporary issues with the website.

Using Microsoft Edge is ok.
Please take it off? Or should I create a new topic?
