TomTom Runner Model & factory reset?

I've got TomTom GPS Watch Runner Model 8RS00. I accidentally deleted my TomTom activity tracker from from computer. Now I can't get it back because I can't remember my password. I just want to log on and delete old activities. What do I download to start over. Can I factory reset the watch and start over?

    You can reset your watch and start over using a different email address but it will be like a new watch, you will have no access to your old activities. To get to them you need your password, which you can get by using the "Forgotten Your Password" link on the login page. You can also call Customer Support who can assist with the password. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    To get the Connect software go to tomtom.com/123 and download and install it.
