Golfer 2 SE watch/Android app

having recently bought this watch I'm having problems seeing rounds I've played on my phone app. The watch and phone connect with each other fine. I've nothing running on the phone that shouldn't be, and location services are on. Tried unpairing the watch and uninstalling the app and connecting them up again to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the Community & Sorry about the delay in response!

    I would advise you to make a factory reset on your watch and see if it improves the situation? Please note that a factory reset will re-install the software and erase the golf courses on it.

    Have you try to disable Battery Savings option when syncing as this can disrupt the Bluetooth pairing, also make sure Garmin/Fitbit/MySports apps are not installed. Let us know how it goes!
