TomTom Repair Centre replaced my Adventurer. I had a issue with the protective layer around the HRM that's bubbling or looked like its coming off, not sure if it was supposed to do that.
My question is: is it supposed to do that like on the picture attached? Does the acid in your skin playing a roll in this issue? Is there something I can do so it doesnt happen again?
You did not attach a picture and as far as I know, there is no protective layer to come off (not on any of my watches). It may have been a bit of extra material from production or something but it is not likely to impact the watch functionality.
I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
