Problem in connecting Runner cardio with Hauwei P9 plus

Hi,
I cannot connect my TomTom watch with my new Hauwei p9 plus. The watch flashed the pin once then return back to the menu highlighted PHONE...I had followed all the instruction such as newest watch software version, unlink the watch with my Note3, still jump back from NEW CONNECTION....Can anyone help? Please.

    You first need to remove the watch from the phone's BT menu (in iOS you have it forget the device) after you reset or try pairing again. The steps are: factory reset the watch (which you did), uninstall the app (you can probably skip this as you just installed it), remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, reinstall the app (only if you uninstalled the app), select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing.

    Thanks, but it still cannot connect to my P9 Plus. The watch flash once for the pin then jump back to the menu again. Do anyone successfully connect the watch with P9 plus? Please help.

    Can anyone have their running watch connected to the Huawei handset? It is not working at all and Tomtom technical support seems give up already!
