TomTom Runner 3 - 6x800m

I would like to do 6x800m runs with 90 seconds rest between each run, any ides the best way to record the whole run but have the ability to analyse the splits ?

    When you set up interval training you can view the splits on the MySports site. You will see splits (which are predetermined lengths) and laps. The laps will actually be your intervals. You can do these intervals on the watch: set up your warmup, the work as 800m repeated 6 times and the rest as 90 seconds with your cooldown and you should be fine.
