Can not see the cameras on my GO 1005

Since the last updates, I do not see any flash cameras in my route.
However, I have the latest updates (May 2017) and will continue my subscription until 23/11/2018
What can be the problem?

    Hi jefken153,

    I'd recommend you to reset your device by pressing and holding down the power button until you hear a drumming sound (ca 15 sec).

    Really I don't know
    I'll tried different things
    Change the voice etc...
