2 years and 6 months, 4th faults three time changed. Incredible TomTom Runner the worst ⌚️ that I know. And now not under warranty. I'll never buy TomTom. Thanks a lot.

    Welcome to the Community & sorry to hear about your experience with the TomTom Runner!

    Can you please explain what is the issue with the watch? The warranty gets extended for 6 months after recent repair which can be rectified by contacting the customer support. This is a public forum wherein users support users, I would advise you to contact Support to see what they can offer to you.

    My watch has been damaged four times, in three of them the technical service has replaced a reconditioned unit, but now in the fourth, the watch is out of warranty, is 2 years and 6 months old.
    For the technical service of Spain, the solution is to make 20% in the purchase of a new one or send it to repair and pay € 50.
    what do I do now? Do you think I'm going to buy Tom Tom again? Or send it to repair for 50 €.
