Watch Not Detected when connected through dock to Computer

Hi I am having a tom Tom Spark with cardio and music option. I use a Mac OS. The watch was doing fine for first six months and all of sudden it is not getting detected whenever I connect to my laptop it is not getting detected and after few second the normal watch display comes on. I have reinstalled the tom tom my runner app it didnt work. I have reinstalled the mac os but no joy. I sent the watch to service center and received it back after three weeks but once agin its the same issue again. With this problem though I can sync and download my activity data through i phone but i cant cahange any playlist on my watch. Please advice the solution to this problem.

Please let us know if you can find your watch under 'USB Device Tree' panel on your MAC PC.
