Speed camera subscription expired

Hi, i purchased a speed camera subscription on 17.1.17 for 12 months, but my device says that the subscription is expired. I have bought another 1.5 years, having forgotten that i had already bought a 12 months subscription on 17.1.17. How can i get a refund for the payment of the subscription on 17.1.17

    Oh Brilliant, i pay over a hundred pounds for a product that is slow, doesn't update and now i have to phone customer services to get a refund. Right im throwing this heap of shit product in the bin and pretending i never paid £130 for it seeing as im F**ked.
