Cannot upload activity to MySports

Could not upload an activity using the phone app.

Transferred the .ttbin file from the smartphone storage to the PC and after that connected the watch to the desktop. When I double click the file, it does not get uploaded. TomTom Sports Connect opens but the activity is not uploaded. Using version 3.2.6 of MSC.

How can I upload this activity?

    They changed the upload procedure when they introduced the new version of Connect. To force MySports to reupload an activity you need to do the following:

    1. Exit MySports Connect on your computer (you must use a computer to reupload – right click on the tray icon and select Exit).
    2. Locate the ttbin files (which you have already done)
    3. Place the ttbin files in C:\Users\[user name]\TomTom MySports\[serial number]
    4. Restart MySports Connect and connect your watch
    5. Go the Settings page (click the gear icon on the top right) and press the 'Try again' button to re-upload the files.
