I can log into my tomtom account with no problem. When I plug in my runner/spark/cardio/music it asks for my password for updates, however it tells me it is incorrect and will not upload my latest run. Is it the same password for the tomtom site and the sports connect site? It has never asked me again for my password when updating. What should I do?

I believe you should be able to log in using the same password. Could you please try resetting the password, you do this by clicking on this link
Should you still face log in issue, I would advise you to please contact customer service for further assistance.
