TomTom Runner 3 has died

I have had a TomTom Runner 3 for 3 months - the last time it needed recharging I docked it as normal but this time it has become completely dead. Nothing will bring it back to life. Any ideas?
Try the recovery mode reset in the link below and see if that resolves it. It could also be a bad dock (check if any of the pins are bet or twisted) causing it to not charge so it is simply out of power and not recharging. In that case, call Customer Support and they can replace it. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
