Video sharing problems

New Bandit user here, and just testing things today.

First thing is...........problems with sharing. I have the camera successfully connected to the phone, and the display on the camera confirms that. Viewfinder works, playback works.
But it displays the transfer dialogue box on the App, but it stays stuck at 0%. I did get one video to transfer, but none of the others.
Phone is Samsung S5, and is up to date, as is camera firmware.
Any ideas ?
