Activity lost on TomTom Sport App and folder is empty on iTunes File Sharing

I am really disappointed that I can't see the data of my first marathon !!! :(

After the activity I connected my Multisport watch with the Sports app on my iPhone via bluetooth. Everything went well the status bar reached to 100% but the activity homepage didn't show the activity. I found a wifi and opened the app but nothing happened. Then I tried to sync the watch again but the app is saying it is up to date. Then I connected my phone to iTunes and looked at file sharing but the folder is empty. So where is my marathon data now? I think it should be still at the watch but how can I transfer the file to my mac or iPhone again?

    If you lost signal mid-sync it may be lost. You really want to either have strong cell signal or WiFi. Apple is not currently allowing the new app to store ttbin files so there is no way to force it to upload again. Check the storage bar under About. If it is empty, the activity is gone, if there are still bars lit up then the data is still on the watch. Try syncing by PC or try it again with the app with good signal. Otherwise, I am afraid you are out of luck.

    Hi tfarabaugh. I checked the storage bar but it is empty. Hopefully I ran with a teammate with the same pace so got her data.
