TomTom Runner 3 no Longer connects to mobile andriod Apps

Please can someone assist

I recently bought the runner 3 and everything was working perfectly. Suddenly it stopped picking up GPS when I went for runs and would no longer connect to my phone.

I have done a full reset of the watch.
I have uninstalled the app on my phone, cleared the application caches and reinstalled.

Nothing is working and I can no longer upload any of my activites or use my watch for running outdoors.

Please help!!!!

    Your device might have failed. At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
