incorrect data registered when syncing to phone app

when syncing my tomtom touch to my phone app it is not registering the steps correctly, this seems to have happened since I plugged the touch in for an update. any advice?

Can you please provide us a clear example of the nature of the issue? A screenshot will be helpful where in we can see the difference between the step count on the App and Tracker. Also please provide us the Sports app version you're using.
