Headphones on Spark 3

My headphones have recently stopped working properly for the tomtom spark 3, only working out of the left earbud. I am going around in circles trying to find a contact for tomtom so that I can request a replacement or a repair as i have only had them for three months. is there any chance someone can help me actually get in touch, i am so frustrated! PLEASE HELP!

To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen). I looked up the number for Canada and it is:
Canada +1 877-757-7137
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT
