Turn TomTom Runner 3 Mile Buzzer off

Sorry if this has already been asked but all i could find was the opposite to my question. Currently my TomTom runner 3 buzzes every mile/kilometer I know it can be turned off as I turned it on but i cant remember how i did it!

Can anyone point me in the right direction and let me know how to turn it off, please!? I have a marathon on Sunday its going to drive me nuts!

    Go to the activity start screen (press right from the clock) and press down to Splits and turn it Off.
