Can't update the device with the latest maps

have been trying to do updates for days
says less than a minute but nothing happens
support said to empty download cache as tomtom has items to take off but cant its all greyed out
what can I do have tried everything

    What model do you have? Is it connected to MyDriveConnect when you go to Settings? It needs to be.

    I have start 25 and it is connected to my drive

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. Also, are you using the cable that came with the device?
