Speed camera update subscription, still shows as expired.

i paid for the subscription , plugged in my go 60 several times, still shows as expired, even comes up on the go 60 screen as remember to buy subscription...
this was paid 4 days ago, had confirmation from tomtom that payment has gone through.
i have emailed tomtom several times but they haven't even bothered to reply, how do i get a refund so i can put the money towards a proper sat nav.

had a few tomtom's but never again.

    HAVE SAME PROBLEM 0N MY GO-600 FOR THE 2nd YEAR IN A ROW. A REAL PAIN IN THE BUTT WHEN YOU PAY AND CAN'T UPDATE IT AND YOU WASTE TIME TO GET IT SOLVED SO YOUR SPEED CAMERA WORKS. WHY CANT THEY GET IT FIXED SO IT ISN'T A YEARLY EVENT!!
