TomTom Via 1530 Update Issue

Whenever I try and update to the newest map, it gives me the error something has gone wrong everytime I try to update. I have used 3 Different computers, One with Windows 7, one with Windows Vista and one with Windows 10. Unsure of what to do now? Same Error each time, each computer. I have tried a factory reset on the tomtom that did not work either. It downloads the latest map on the computer, then shows updating device and gives that error after a few seconds.
