Can't download the paid voice

paid for voice , its been completed into my account but cant download to my device ? any advice ?
Contact Customer Services to check the status of your order. Note there has been some server problems in Europe over the weekend that may have affected your order.
In the meantime perform a soft reset on your device before running MyDriveConnect
A soft reset :- with your device charged for at least 2Hrs "OR" have the device plugged into a power supply; press and hold your on/off button until you hear a drum-roll sound (or the TomTom hands symbol appears) then release the on/off button.
