Change of Personal Details - Website failure

I need to correct the personal address details for Country and hence State from USA and Alabama to Australia and Victoria. The Country change option is greyed out and hence I cannot change. I also need to correct my Date of Birth. When I make change it fails to save. I have used the TomTom website to contact support but no help yet. Help please as I need to update maps and want my details correct before I do so.

    While having the correct birthdate surely doesn't affect map updates (:D), I agree that changing other information (like country) is a pain in the butt. You need support to make the change:
