How to recover subscription

Hi I have purchased tomtom go one year subscription a month ago. Paid using my three account. Now I have factoey reset handset, installed the app but can not recover subscription. Please help.

    You just need to log-in with the tomtom account you used with the app when you made the purchase.

    As riki66 mentioned, you just need to login in at Upgrade - Restore purchases.
