Hello have changed my devices because the old one got damaged and would like to restore my unlimited kilometers on my new device, been trying to restore with my google account details but its not allowing me to. when i check with my other login there is no purchase history. what do i do to get my unlimited kilos back on my new device.

I would advise you to please do reset the app and then try to restore purchase using the TomTom account.
In case you get the same error then please report this to the customer service.
