Map Update stops halfway through download

I'm trying to update my GoLive 820 with the new UK & Ireland maps v 9.85. The download starts normally and the computer and satnav are talking to each other. Then, halfway through the download, I get a message popup from MyDriveConnect asking me to connect my satnav, and the update does not complete. I have reinstalled MyDrive Connect (v 4.1.4.3089) and attempted the update again, but the result is the same. Is there a glitch with the map update? (I've not previously had any problems with map downloads.)

    Try disconnecting and reconnecting the device. Do you by chance have an anti-virus affecting proper transmission?

    Thank you. The antivirus was deactivated at the time, but I managed to download the map from my husband's computer instead. A simple cop-out.
