is it possible to download a route from a PC to the TomTom?

I still have a prehistoric phone and the deal I'm on means I don't have internet so I don't have traffic updates. So: is there a way of checking current traffic from my laptop just before I go and then uploading the recommended route from 'mydrive connect' onto my tomtom?
