Battery indicator problem

i am happy tomtom bandit owner over two weeks now that i' ve been using the camera. Everything was ok but since yesterday, the camera's battery indicator (on the camera's screen) showed that the battery was empty. But the camera was charged.. so I then plugged the batstick into my computer's usb, and only one led, out of the four, was flashing.. i charged it some more, but the indicator was always showing that the battery was empty.. (and only one led is flashing on the batstick during charging)

So i tried to shoot 1080p @30 fps continuosly just to make sure that the battery is empty..(it took the camera 2h & 6 min to fully discarge)
I then tried one last time to charge it. I plugged in again and the leds this time were all flashing..

The camera is functioning now but there is no way of knowning what is the battery status.

    Welcome to the Community!

    You can see the battery power level on the STATUS screen in the SETTINGS menu of the camera. See the user manual here: User Guide

    all possible ways of knowing battery status do not work (including the one you suggested)

    Hi, I have the same issue. I wrote customer service. I hope they will help replacing my battery.
