App can not connect to TomTom. Please verify your internet connection. TomTom GO Mobile v1.14.1

New Traveler
After updating to TomTom Go v.1.14.1, I cannot longer use the app.
The app cannot to TomTom.Check your internet conection.
I have a subscription that ends somewhere march 2018. I use the app quite regulary.
Please give a solution to solve this problem. I have seen in lots of newsgroups that I am not the only one. So, TomTom, GO!

    Please, follow the steps below to sort this out:

    1. Uninstall the app
    2.Clear cache data for the following apps

    - Google Play services
    - GooglePlay store
    - Google servicesFramework

    3. Set the time to "automatic"
    4. Restart the phone (this is important)
    5. After the phone restarts check and make sure your internet browser has access to the internet with wifi and/or 3g/4g
    6. Download a fresh copy of the app from the Google Play store

    I'm sorry to here these troubleshooting steps didn't help you! I've logged you case to be reported to the product team.

    Unfortunately, I don't have further troubleshooting tips at the moment. I'd recommend you to contact Customer Service for further assistance.
