User guide for MyDrive iPhone app and for Mydrive.com on OSX

I am having problems working out how to do basic things on these two applications however I can find no useful user guides for either. Specifically I am trying to work out how to do these two things using both applications as it obviously makes sense to pre-set up routes prior to a trip..

1. I want to create a route using two MyPlaces as the start and finish.
2. Once I have created a route I want to be able to "open it" so that I can edit the date & time. And to add another stop.

    Hi
(1)... Using Windows 10 here and the Firefox Web Browser
Run... https://mydrive.tomtom.com and login to the MyDrive Route planner...
(2)... Click on MyPlaces Icon to open list... LEFT CLICK on the required MyPlace/Favourite (A MyPlace Quick Menu opens on the Map)
(3)... LEFT CLICK on the 3Dot Menu Icon Click on "Use as a starting point"
(4)... Click on MyPlaces Icon to open list... LEFT CLICK on the required MyPlace/Favourite (A MyPlace Quick Menu opens on the Map
(5)... Click on "PLAN ROUTE"... MyDrive Plans the route + two alternate routes
(6)... Don't save the route yet

(7)... To Add Stop/s to the existing route RIGHT CLICK on the route... Click on ADD Stop

(8)... To Add a further STOP/DESTINATION OFF the planned route... Use the search menu in "Plan a route"
    OR
Zoom in the Map and LEFT CLICK on the Map... Click on ADD Stop
    OR
Zoom in the Map and LEFT CLICK AND HOLD the Mouse button ON the planned route... NOW Drag the route to the new STOP/DESTINATION... When happy with the route release the mouse button

(9)... To save the finished route...
I would use the green menu "Add To My Routes" in the PLAN ROUTE Menu
The route will sync to your device

    To use the route.....
On the PND Device (.... Menu) > My Routes > Choose your route... The device will calculate your route (Note the route needs to be on your current MAP)
If you are NOT at the starting point of your route... Then (.... Menu) > Current Track > Scroll to and CLICK “Drive to Starting Point” (the device will recalculate the route from your present location to the start of the planned route

Hope It works for you :)

Thanks however I am a Mac user.

Ii assume that you cant plan a route on iphone app?

You dont address point 2 - I want to re-open and edit the route on mydrive.com please.

And is there no user guide that explains all this?

    Hi

The MyDrive route planner is Web based so it will run in a browser on your Mac
Does the Mac have the equivalent to Clicking the Left and Right mouse buttons on the Map???

    1. Steps to create a route from MyPlaces works as shown. Thanks for this
    2. Still need steps to be able to review details i.e. duration, time of departure etc and edit a route once set up (on Mydrive.com)
    3. Still would like a user guide so I don't have to use trial and error or post questions
    4. Still can't see how to create a route on iPad app.
