clicked on your link then signed in then clicked on change user name then repeat then save.Then I get a message saying.
We did not recognise this as an email address please check if you have used the correct format.The 2nd is the one about the email address.Where would I enter the email address as only spaces for user names
There is a major bug in the script that thinks that a user is entering an email address not a username and even if you enter a valid email address as a user name nothing is saved That is the subject of my support ticket plus other anomalies of that page
I had a contact from the customer service about this as well today.
Frankly speaking, I have not tried the process to change the username before so I am not very sure about it. But I will check this will Mikko and then post here.

Sorry that you have been given the run around. All I can think of is to report this to Customer Services and ask them to change it from their end
