Hi Everybody,
I have a HTC Desire 610 which I had TomTom GO Mobile (also known as TomTom GPS Navigation Traffic) running fine on it.
I have stopped using it as a phone and thought I might just use it as a GPS, so I did a factory reset on the phone to clean up the phone. After performing the factory reset, I can no longer find "TomTom GPS Navigation Traffic" in Google Play. If I go to Google Play on a PC and find it there and choose to install it, it says my device is incompatible.
The phone is running Android v4.4.2, has a screen resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and has plenty of storage space, so it meets all the requirements.
The annoying thing is that it was working and I only recently purchased a new subscription for the app.
I should have stuck to the old saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix".
Does anybody have any suggestions?
