Downloading and using the purchased voices

Maybe it's a problem with the VIA 1500. I just purchased the Darth Vader / Yoda Combo. It appeared in the MyDrive updates and I supposedly installed it. When I tried to change the voice on my device it didn't appear. I restarted the device and it still doesn't appear. When I went back to MyDrive to try and install on the device again, it no longer appears. I checked on the TomTom website and now it says the purchase is pending and I bought it with a credit card.

I wish there was a way to just get refunded. It's not worth all the trouble and wasted time. I should have checked the forums before purchase and saved myself the headache.

    But first............

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. See if the voice appears then.
