Where's my purchased map?

I ordered and paid for a UK map for my Blue&Me TomTom2 yesterday. The invoice told me the order status was "pending". That's fine but I'd like the product I ordered and paid for please!

Where can I find a copy of my invoice again?

Where will I find my download?
