Rider 400 - Maps dissapeared after upgrade

just bought a rider 400, connected it to my computer via mydrive connect, software told me it was updating, it has now wiped out my maps. it now says reinstall. it has now tryed to reinstall my maps for the past two days without success. This is not exceptable from a premium product. Help Please?:

    Before contacting Customer Service you could try to re-install the map as instructed at

    No maps found (MyDrive Connect)
