Just did an update on my TomTom go 610 and it wiped out the maps. I get the message - no maps available - reinstall a map you already own or go to the TomTom shop to buy a map. The Go 610 is connected to my computer and TomTom Connect is operating on the computer. What do I do now?

Maybe if enough of us complain they'll actually resolve these issues and open some hours over the weekend so we're not left completely without our satnavs! Years of the same issues, why are we still having them when it's the same thing again and again and with so many people. Invest in resolving this tomtom, not a great marketing strategy for your customers to repeatedly be without the use of their satnavs!
