I need register TomTom GO 520 wifi on my company network, but I need to know the mac address this equipment.

Where can I find?

    Not with me (it is in the car), but you might try to press and hold the ON button, until you see the diagnostic screen. That might show the MAC.

    Yup.
    But need to push button when device is off.
    If push and hold button while the device is on the device just turns off.

    Connect to your home wifi, and look at the DHCP table on your router.
