I paid d for for your app and I received the Google Play Order Receipt from Dec 21, 2016, i still waiting for activate the app i would like to know when and how I will have it please?

This app is very important to continue my jobs.

yes of course and I still getting a"Purchase waiting" message. When I click redeem, nothing happens is still showing as I paid nothing (upgrade 19,99 € also
I send 2 emails to

regarding this issue but no body replied unfortunately

I had a look at your account and I am not able to find an incident number which should have got generated when an email is sent using the above email address. So I would request you to please click on the 'Contact us' link at the bottom of this page to directly get in touch with the customer service.

Was the "with you" part for me or for TomTom? Definitely not with me and what they have, I don't know. If it is not working, give them a call tomorrow and they can fix it.
