Problem with the card

The device (Carminat TomTom Live card) is not connected to TomTom Home, when it was done. Windows 10 detects that there is a problem, but it does not solve it and TomTom Home says that the card is write-protected and not locked. In some section I read that it may have corrupted files and that you have to delete the loopdir folder, but I can not delete it. Today I connected and started the update, but has given errors and has not completed, and then no longer connects, as I indicated at the beginning.

    Can W10 see the card at all? Is there a way to try also on a non-W10 PC, just to see if it is a W10 or card issue?
