MyDrive app (Android) Error on Scan Code

Hi all,

I've just got a TomTom 5200 which I'm largely pleased with however when I attempt to connect via mydrive on android I receive an error. I go to "Connect your device" and then onto scan code which should allow me to scan the QR code displayed on my 5200 and it just says "An error occurred. Please try again later", I've tried reinstalling, rebooting and so forth but no joy.

Any ideas what the problem may be?

    You can also pair you phone manually and skip the QR code part. Just turn Bluetooth on on your phone and pair it from the settings of your phone like any Bluetooth device. For more information, please see here [user manual].
